What an excellent stay, nothing too much trouble. Traditional hotel with particularly nice views as a bonus. Magnificent location, 5 minutes' walk to a family-friendly water park. Nestled close to bars and pubs. Comfortable bedroom. The welcoming and accommodating staff all round.

rate location excellent reception staff nice breakfast family room was a good size cleanliness
If I had to look for a negative thing to say it would be the fact that we didn't know if the lounge served tea and coffee or if we could have a glass of wine. We noticed nothing that informed us either way.

Very clean, had room for 3 which suited my sister my mother and me. Most of the other hotels in Portrush do not cater for this number in one room.
The coffee at breakfast time was awful, that is all.

Customer service was excellent from start to finish with nothing being to much trouble. Very comfortable and relaxed hotel. Restaurant service good with excellent food - just a pity they had ran out of goats cheese that night!! As someone said about the hotel "it's the best kept secret in Portrush". Woudl stay again for definite.

We have stayed at the hotel numerous on times. Each occasion has been memorable - the hotel is run to a very high standard, scrupulously clean, excellent staff and breakfasts. The spa room is a very wlcome feature. Generally there is nothing to complain about and one leaves very satisfied and looking forward to the next stay.
